Who maintains this site

Boiler Replacement Dublin is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland. He writes and checks the pages. Contact: hello@boilerreplacementdublin.ie.

It's an introduction service, not a gas installer, and it isn't connected to SEAI or any government body.

Sources we use

• Dublin gas installers' own published price pages: GB Gas Services, Borough Gas, Dublin Gas Boilers and Dublin Plumbing & Gas.
• Boiler Service Dublin's survey of installers' published prices, for the wider spread.
• Citizens Information and SEAI, for grants and scheme changes.
• CRU and rgi.ie, for the rules on gas work.

How we check a figure

• We read it at its source and record the date we read it and the date the source gives.
• We say whether a price includes VAT, or that the source doesn't say. We never add VAT ourselves.
• We don't estimate or fill gaps. If a figure can't be confirmed at its source, it's left out.
• A range from one installer is that installer's own range, and we name them.

How often

Prices and grant facts are re-checked at least once a month, and again whenever SEAI or Citizens Information announce a change. Every price and grant page shows the date its figures were last checked. The current check was done on 28 October 2026.

What we never publish

Reviews, ratings, customer counts, badges or response-time promises. A grant for a new gas boiler: there isn't one. Prices we haven't confirmed.

If a figure is wrong or out of date, email hello@boilerreplacementdublin.ie with the page and the source. We check it at the source, correct the page and update the date.
